Dr.J.Shakina is an internationally recognized biopolymer researcher and academic. She is continuing to research Nano biopolymers and their applications with the research center at Sarah Tucker College. She has been a professor at the Sarah Tucker College campus for the past 20 years. She is currently teaching Group theory and spectroscopy to undergraduate and postgraduate students. Her areas of Interest lie in Polymer Chemistry, Nano Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Spectroscopy.
